To avoid this: Make sure you pass at least 1 hour after eating before exercising. This initiative could be the cause of reflux.
Drink lots of water.
It could be that you have problems with digestion of large quantities of raw broccoli and other "safe" vegetables.
I'm glad you are concerned about eating raw eggs. I read that eggs thoroughly before eating you should now be cooked, because they carry bacteria.

Sounds strange ... could be increased activity. Are you ready to HB? Avoid tomato products. Perhaps only a pop Tums before your workout?

You need easy to treat as an antacid Rolaids. Some vegetables that cause gas expands and pushes the food into the stomach, that continues to make a backup of stomach acid into the center of your esophagus and soft tissue to burn. This causes heartburn and irritability.
