If by "Tee" is a black shirt, tie, do not do it, no. It would not be stupid enough to spend a costume like a tuxedo.

With a button before a regular basis, but is certainly acceptable. There is great precedent, Winston Churchill, Humphrey Bogart. We continue to see more often with lighter clothes, especially tan or seersucker, but the fly with a dark suit, is just right.

If it is done well, can be very beautiful - is a bit more individual than the normal tie, and often gives the thing a refreshing lightness. And finally, if rarely get compliments about my ties often receive compliments on my tie.

A three-piece suit or a hand with a sweater vest ( "shirt" in England) is recommended. This helps to distinguish acute toilets:

A wise man once told me three piecess advice on the fly:
1.The fate should not exceed 2.5 inches.
Not to renew 2.Likewise the ends of the cheekbones, otherwise you run the risk of future clown.
3.Begin Churchill discovered blue / white and branch out carefully.

This site offers a really good train - silk ties and good and very easy:
