Why does my leaf blower keep doing this? - mtd leaf blower

I have a 32cc MTD leaf blower hand. I used it for about a season, and bought it again. However, the stock is always in bulk. I am completely disarm the outer layer to tighten two screws. I also have the right Loctite these heavy locks, but they manage to sell themselves to use after 1 hour. How do I solve this problem?
